Content discovery runs outside the scan pipeline
A fuzz run hands a URL containing the FUZZ keyword to h3fuzz together with a wordlist, and keeps every response the match rules accept. Runs have their own queue and their own worker — they never touch the scan queue, the machines, or the results of a scan.
